How Does it Work?

Language Lab gives you tasks to complete in a virtual world using only English. It focuses on listening and helps you acquire English the same way a child learns. You are told what to do, and when you are successful, you are rewarded. These methods are the fastest way to learn English, and they are only available in virtual reality because these methods require physical response (TPR).

 

Games

Language Lab also has games to play. There are three different vocabulary games to help students remember vocabulary by seeing 3D objects and interacting with them in a fun way.

 

Environments

Language Lab has different environments to explore. There is a city, a house, a grocery store, a fast food restaurant, a café, a pub, and more. In each environment, you can hear the name of everything you touch. You can also interact with many objects in the environments.

 

Social

There are also social worlds where you can speak with native speakers around the world in 3D environments. There are free language exchanges every Wednesday where you can meet people from around the world and practice your English. Language Lab also has live classes where you can practice working a restaurant, go shopping at a grocery store, or spend time in a pub, all in English.
